Review your daa again,(and again, if necessary) before you click submit. Make sure ALL information is complete and correct.
If there is a blank or a wrong entry, you will have to repeat the process and re-enter all data. We will not accept documents with wrong entries,ex. MOL approval number,issued date,ect.
您再點選「送出文件」之前，請再次檢查所輸入的資料，確認所有的資訊是完整正確的。之後如果發現有資料未填及錯誤，您將必須重複所有的步驟及重新輸入所有的資料，我們將不接受有錯誤資料的文件，常見錯誤如：勞委會核准函號、發文日期等等。
If you need to print again the documents, click "Query查詢" on the left. Find the document and select it. Click the Big "Reprint" Button.
若有需要重新印文件，「繳交文件」Submit之後請點選左邊的「Query查詢」。選取相關的文件然後按「Reprint」大按鈕。
